Over debting again

<p>Cellc is just not on. i mean last month i complained about being over debited and some guy from the head office call me and told me i'm still registered with Cellc's get more thats why try debt extra but he told me if i have any complains i must send the query directly to him and he will help sort it out for me. so yesterday i emailed him and he didn't even bother to respond to my email. and to my suprise the same over debit they did last month it's still happening today so i do understand why now because i cancelled the get more service last month already and they can't be debiting again this month. i forgot the guy's name that i spoke to from Cellc head office but his email is ********** I'm still waiting for his response and worse i'm very dissapponted that i'm actually complaining about the same thing again.</p>
