OVER DEBITED!!!

I took insurance with you guys in June, but you guys never debited from my account. I called back again to enquire why you guys didn't debit and you told me it will start from the following month. This also happened in July and Aug and I still called you to inquire. In September you guys decided to debit my acct for a whole lot more money than what my contract said when I called the 1st time. Mind you that it was not my fault that you never debited for the prev months but I always made sure that I called back to let you know. After you over debited me in September, I called your call center and the lady I spoke to told me that she will send a request for a reversal. Its Nov now and I still haven't gotten my money back but you gladly debited money for October. Again I called back on the 27/10 and a lady I spoke to said I'd have my money back by the 30/10. Well clearly my money has still not been returned, a team leader was supposed to call me and none of that happened. Can I have my money back that you guys overcharged me. My accts are always upto date and I've never even skipped a payment...
