Cell C tells a customer you getting 100% Discount on your Data, and yet the still charge you the full price. You lodge a query and they tell you 48 Hours for your query to be resolved. Its been a week now and i havent heard nothing from there. Its a pitty that one always has to take these measures to get your problem resolved. Every time they quick to take your money but to give it back its a mission. I want my contract cancelled with you guys and will rather move to vodacom. At least i know the reception is better the service is WAY better, infact its a better service provider. Its sad to see that such a big company gives such poor service to loyal customers. I personally will never recommend anyone to take a contract out with cell c. Bunch of *******!
