Over Charging on termination of Contract

I had a Cell C contract for a ****le. My monthly rate was R119. My contract expired last year in August. Since<br> then I have been charged R279/m. Cell C stopped sending me monthly statements in Aug and when I needed to do my tax returns in Feb I requested my statements. They were unable to provide them. I have proof of the comms. I only noticed that I was being charged R279 per month recently. <br> <br> When I queried this I was told that I had been given a discounted rate on the contract. I then asked for any documentation which states the full amount of R279 for the product on my contract. It was quite amazing that I was get a product valued at R279 per month for R119.<br> <br> I spent nearly an hour on the phone wasting my time with the Cell C call centre who ARE UNABLE to show me any product lists or promotional material where this product is listed as R279. If they can't provide me with this document how can they prove why I should be paying R279/month? They have been over charging by R180 per month since September last year. This is approx. R1440!<br> <br> Cell C needs to refund me R1440 because they cannot prove the actual price of the product they say I was getting at discount!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
