Over Charging me when I signed a contract for a certain amount

<p>I am absolutly livid with Cell C. I went to upgrade my contract in December 2016 after a sales agent phoned me to let me know I was due for an upgrade. So I went inot Cell C Galleria. I specificall told the sales lady that I do NOT want to spend more than R500 a month on a contract. I took out a contract where I got 2 phones for R499 so I thought this was such a bonus. Well was I wrong. The first bill I got was for R1590 in January then if February I got a bill for R860 and both months I phoned the same sales lady that helped me and she said she has no idea what is going on. She would not help me. Well when I got the secong high bill I went into the shop and after a week she cam back to me and said oh we found the proble because you took your contract early before the 24 months was up you are still being charged for your old phone. I said to her how can they do that they phoned me and told me I was due for an upgrade and not once did anyone say that you have to pay for your old phone otherwise I would have never taken that upgrade. Cell c is the worst cellphone compnay there is and I am thinking of just cancelleing this contract with them I am livid. They need to inform their customers that if they upgrade before the 24 months is up then they will charge you for both phones. I have upgraded twice with them and have never been charged like I was this time. Day light *******. I will never take out another contract with them ever again. I will port to another net work they have lost my business. I would like answers in this!!!!!</p>
