Over charging and false contract adverti*****t

<p>I have a cell c infinity contract, this means that I have unlimited phone calls, unlimited messages and 10gigs of data, and for this I pay R1400 per month.</p> <p>On the night of 12 November I used all my data. On the morning of 13 November I received sms notifications that my data is depleted and I am now using a monthly usage limit. I never agreed to such a limit, then just after that I received a text saying that my monthly usage limit is finished and my phone will be blocked. What does my unlimited calls have to do with my data? I never agreed to the usage limit, my internet should have stopped right after my 10gig data was depleted.</p> <p>This is **************** and another example of how cpeople are treated and taken advantage with from cellular companies.</p>
