Over charged by cell c

<p>I renewed my cell c contract in January this year as I was due for an upgrade in Feb. I was promised the installment will be 280 per month. However. The first month it was over 500. When I queried I was told my contract was on an uncapped contract, of which they did on their own and did not inform me. I then had to cancel. I was told my next installment will be the amount I signed for yet 2nd month is the same story and of course cell c had an excuse of why my repayment is double again. I am fed up of cell c. I would just like to pay the amount I signed for.</p>
