Over Charged and no one can seem to help me

I was over charged by Cell C and I've been trying to fix them matter from last year till today,on a contract of R330 they are charging me R6547. I've been calling Cell C customer care and they referring me to the consultant who helped me and she doesnt know what to do. Ive been leaving my phone with her from 8am to 5pm so that she can fix it but the respond i got from her was she cant help me she doesn't know what to.
