Over charged.

Hi there, Cell c is at it again. deduct unauthorized debits. I've been a client for over 10 years upgraded a data simcard, the lady told me it is 149 a month but was charged over 250. I've been transferred to retention department but was on line for 30minutes and someone keeps dropping the line. I even sent an email.. This time of the year to pay over 700 for contract that I used to pay 488 that's frustrating.
