Over charged

I am so disappointed with cell c my instalment for a data sim is R200 ( limit on my account is R200) but they debit R473. I have called cell a countless times I was told I am subscribed to websites that was in May, I paid what was due and blocked all the subscription. But still, R473 is debited from my account. Even for July amount due is R473.
