Over charged

Good day it's been almost two years I had contract which was due in January and I have paid that money in January which was R467. Something and I forgot to write my number as reference.. I wrote other reference that they gave us if you over due .. I've have been calling them the only thing that they say talk to finance which does not help me at all...

I just want them to reverse my money or and that money to the new contract
