over charge as usual

My contract ends on the 01 April 2016. I called cell c and asked them to the remaining amount to I can square the contract up. They gave me the amount which I paid. I called 3 separate times to confirm the amount. I paid it. Then on Monday the 16th December they took of the monthly subscription fee which they only supposed to do on the 25th. <br> <br> I called them Monday again and they told me they will call me back within 2 days. I'm still waiting for my call and my money. I will not recommend anyone to cell c as they are really gready for money
