Over charge
I have put a limited on my contracts since I signed up with Cell C, but for the last two months my bill is 2 to 3 times the limited and Cell C just say I must control my usage, sound like another \false\" service provided by Cell C. Strange how Cell C is never at fault and we as consumers must just accept and walk away"
