Over Billing

Over a week ago I contacted cell c with regard to the over billing of my account. This month they over charged me to an extend they emptied my bank account. I contacted the Call center and went to the branch and they all say the say same thing that my money will be repaid back into my account. Until today, nothing has been done. Now I'm struggling because of the mess Cell c has put me through. The over-charging is thing has been happening for months, charging different \increasing"amounts. This is bad and poor customer service by Cell c.This come to a point where this is really out of order and showing poor administration by this service provider.
