Over billed for over 9 months

I took a contract for a wireless modem with Cell C and it was for R149 as per my agreement with the consultant on the phone. Two months down the line, Cell C starts charging me about R4000 for that contract and I have contacted them countless times to ask them to stop that and even close my account, since around October last year, they have been saying they will listen to the recording of the call when I took the contract, but there was never any positive feedback given. I even stopped using the modem but I am still paying R149 plus the R4000 every month that I keep reversing because I am not willing to pay for something which I did not agree to.<br> <br> I just hope you guys can think twice when thinking of taking a contract with Cell C because they are trying to **** us while we are trying to make a living for ourselves.
