Over Billed by Cell C

<p>I recently foned cell c to do a cencellation on my contract the consultant afldvised she will offer me a R30 a month contract to keep me on the network so i took it for both my numbers. Now all of a sudden i need to pay an amount of R325 instead of R60. I called cell c and now they tell me apparently its an open line wheras the lady advised me that i will pay R30 per contract NOTHING MORE. IM FURIOUS WITH CELL C AND WANNA TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE U CANT LOOK AFTER CURRENT CLIENTS AND EXPECT TO GET NEW ONES . POOR SERVICE YOUR CONSULTANTS HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY OFFER.</p>
