OVER BILLED

im very disapointed with you .I trusted your service when i took a contract phone with you in April 2019. I was actually paying R384 then on the 31st i went again took 2 phones which is Hawuei Y5 for R219 and Hawuei P30 Lite for R329. they explained that i need to pay R110 to activate which the total amount that was supposed to to be debited is R1042 for January only but they went and debited R1473. SO I WANT MY REFUND OR IM BRINGING BACK THE PHONES.
