Over a year of struggle with no service delivery.

I have 3 Cell C phone contracts, and up to date after numerous phone calls to the Cell C help center and a lot of \so called help"and about 4 different phones (as it might be the problem) still the same problem. All of my contracts with Cell C has minutes and data. The problem is without Wi-Fi the contracts are useless. Cant send or receive messages"
