Over a year now and still no help with my 'no-service from Cell C' problem

Now almost the end of August and still no response from Cell C. Service has become increasingly worse ... in fact NO service at all. I want them to stick to their suggestion of letting me out of this contract. It is IMPOSSIBLE to do any online work with a non-existent service!
