Over a week, phone still not blacklisted

I have been trying to blacklist my phone after an armed *******, Cell C has not been able to assist. When needing additional information for my query, they did not phone me, nor did the agents I spoke to on the phone pick this up.

The first agent I spoke to, neglected to log a ticket, even though the people from the store tried to open it for me. The feedback I then received from the agent was different from the one I received in the text. When asking for elaboration, the agent then hung up on me.

Now I have been told to wait until Wednesday again, so the forecast is a week and a half to blacklist an IMEI, for which all information had been provided.

The only good thing in this story, was Lerato from Ferndale Cell C who has really gone above and beyond to try and get this sorted for me, but keeps hitting walls within Cell C.
