OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO SATISFACTION!

Its has been over a month since I first reported the erroneous upgrade on my contract and the subsequent poor service received from this company. They do not take negative publicity seriously as they have still not rectified the error. They lack accountability and transparency in their business processes and practices as nobody has the ability to give me proper feedback on my problem. Appears as though a client of my stature is insignificant to their business. I wonder how many other complaints of this nature are 'swept under the carpet'. One of the most *********, *********** and carefree companies that I have transacted with!!!
