Over 48 working hours and no ITC number and giving me the run around
I lost my phone last week Thursday 16 Feb 2023 and I called to block and blacklist the lost device. I was told that they are not able to give me an ITC number and that they will escalate this for resolution with 24 - 48 hours. I have been calling everyday and this issues has not been resolved. Today I got an sms with case number *** and they tell me to fill in a blacklisting form at one of the Cell C stores. There is no time to even go to the store!!!!!!!!!! Please just give me my ITC number as this process has been going on for a long time now and I need to sort out my things. The longer this process delays it will cause more complication on my side that Cell C will not take accountability for.
