Over 2months and no accountability

I had renewed my contract for the 3rd time with Cell C ( against my better judgement) back in September at which time I was given my brand new hand set. During the festive period the phone ( blackberry Z10 ) went completely unresponsive and I could not get anything of it. <br> <br> As I was away for this period, I took it back to the branch from at Liberty midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg on 05/01/2015, I was informed that there was no loan device available even though I requested one.<br> <br> I waited for MY phone patiently and received the sms on 25/01/2015. I went in to the store and to my surprise they had supp**** me with a refurbished one which I was not inclined to accept, after much debate, I said that I would try it out. I spent over an hour at the branch as \MY REPAIRED"device would not come on"
