Ovep billed

I did a contract ugrpade with cell c in april only to discover they are billing me incorectly i laid a complaint in june 14 and i was told they will listern to the call between me and the agent which is Suilela Willilamls and they will get back to me within 48hours. A week passed i didnt hepar anything from cell c i called numerous times and they told me tge case was still under envestigation it was 3 weeks. I called again and spoke to Manape Matjiu who told me Suilela Williams was in her team and that she will personally listern to the call and call the next day of which she never called back. I called again a week later and got assisted for the 1st time. I was told they have listerned to the call and discored the mistake Suilela made and that it will be corrected land i will get my money back that i was over billed. Till today i have not received my money instead cell c keeps taking money from my account.
