To whom it may concern,

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and thanks to one of your employees, Tamlyn Krieger. This lady is truly an ambassador for your company!

After an awful struggle with Cell C's Customer Service and Complaints department this lady went absolutely above and beyond what was expected of her and assisted me in sorting out my problem.

After I struggled for more than a month with my complaint she took over the reigns and fought on my behalf, also for about a month.

Tamlyn was patient, professional and so kind throughout this process. She kept me updated on the status and progress of my complaint the whole time.

This lady is truly an asset to your company. With her dedication and compassion she will truly reach great heights in whatever she wishes to achieve.

I can honestly say that she is the only reason that I will remain a Cell C customer and in future will go to her for all my future upgrades.
