Outstanding Service & Dedication

In April 2021, I contacted Siamone Stafford of the Overport City Branch in Durban, for her assistance with signing up for a Pinnacle 5GB sim-only contract on a Saturday morning, and this was a Fantastic Friday offer which was expiring on the following Monday (Easter weekend). Even though Siamone was not actually working that weekend up until the Monday in question, she nonetheless went the extra mile and persevered to assist me so kindly indeed, together with the professional assistance of Preshen Kartharayan (her Manager) who succeeded in signing me up on this offer after an unsuspecting Cell C employee fro Retentions called me two days prior to the Fantastic Friday offer was released, to somewhat make me believe that my existing (old) Pinnacle contract was about to be phased out and somewhat convincing me to sign up for her offer (Pinnacle 2 GB) only to see this far better deal 2 days later which immediately caught my eye! Siamone is a professional, vibrant, and caring young lady who was very welcoming in her approach and oozed confidence and passion for what she does displaying a conscientious work-ethic indeed. She listened to me after she had perused my client profile and efficiently, together with the assistance of her senior Manager (Preshen), provided an outstanding service by the Monday that followed (public holiday) with which I was totally satisfied indeed. Cell C is indeed fortunate to have such kind, conscientious, passionate and efficient employees in its ranks who satisfy and retain their loyal clients every day. Well done to Preshen and his staff (listed below) and keep striving to maintain and exceed customer expectations. You have my gratitude and appreciation indeed. Thank you!
