Outstanding Service
I was moving my contract from Cell C and i had the pleasure in dealing with Mfundo Tshabala from the rententions dept.He went over and beyond and built a package to suit my needs. I was then invoiced pro rata for data and minutes which i then escalated to Mfundo and he went out of his way to sort a credit out for me .That is excellent service from Mfundo. Glad to be a Cell C customer .
