Outstanding paid in full letters after numerous requests

After several attempts to get a paid in full letter from Cell C for account *** since November 2021, this is the final resort to get someone to actually provide me with what I need. Also since November 2021 even though both contracts are paid up, on Credit Bureau still shows that I have balances outstanding with Cell C which is not correct. 8 months and Cell C cannot update the credit bureau for paid up account but quick to load a default if need be. Unbelievable is all I can say. Hopefully someone has the decency to actually this matter.
