Interaction 171 ********** 45 with Cell C After much frustration from Cell C store in Rosebank and being annoyed and perturbed with numerous calls to the customer service department for a sim swop I finally got transferred to Mr. Laven Govender from the the technical/sim swop department. This call was the 4th or 5th call to the latter department to request a sim swop and by the time Laven answered I was livid with the responses and refusals from other agents to execute the sim swop and referring me back to the Cell C store where I initially gone first for a sim swop. Because of his people s****s and exceptional product knowledge Laven was able to execute the sim swop. Kindly refer ro the recorded call conversation between myself and Laven.
