Outstanding complaint from 24 Nov 2015

It is with great anger/disappointment to be writing another hello peter complaint about Cell C about the same problem. I logged a complaint on the 24 November 2015 regarding a cell c account I settled in 2013 which is now handed to lawyers. I sent all the proof of payments and got confirmation from Lungi a representative from Cell c that the payment was indeed received and that I should expect a call from the legal dept. Needless to say I have received no such call and their incompetence is affecting my credit profile as I show as if I'm in arrears. CELL C please get your act in order you are messing with my life as im trying to buy a house but your damn incompetence is causing me problems. Can someone give me a call to tell me how will you resolve this as I have paid you for this account in 2013. Never again will you see me use this companies services
