Outstanding Balance After Instruction to Settle

Good day<br> <br> Given Cell C instruction to settle and close acc on 2014/03/14. The however debited my acc with R 1359-59 and left out a balance of R 149-00. No attempt was made to notify me of that outstanding balance to date. I came across this when I requested my credit report. I will not pay this amount because it was not my fault that the debited an incorrect amount. When I called their customer service theyy are refusing to provide me with the details of this \supposedly"outstanding balance. Cell C needs to write off this amount and provide me with confirmation once done. The customer service consultant was so rude and slammed the phone in my ear when I requested the information in writing. I will not make another call to Cell C and they are very unprofessional and ***********. On my credit report it shows I'm in arrears for 120 days+ and every time I call I get irrelevant people on the other side of the line. I demand to speak to someone relevant at Cell C to action my request asap or I will take the matter up with Icasa and my legal team. """
