Outstanding amount after cancellation

I had 5 contracts with cell c. I went to your Vredenburg branch to get the settlement amounts for 4 of the contracts end of May'17. The amounts and account numbers were then settled and a request for cancellation were recieved at your contracts department 15 June'17. However I recieved my credit report recently and these contracts still reflected o/s amounts which had a negative effect on my credit score. Your legal department then told me these are the last amounts of the month of June that your consultant failed to inform me of when the settlements were done. They sms'd me the o/s balances and 2 of the cancelled contract showed amounts that totals to almost R7000 .this is impossible as my monthly contracts were at the most R900. I tried to contact your legal department again x2 and both times after being placed on hold for over 30 min each time the calls were dropped. I am very frustrated with this as the definition of settlement is to settle the account therefore no more installments. The o/ s balances does not make sense and I can't get anybody to help me to sort this out. Now I need to pay another R8000 to "settle" the contracts again???
