Outstanding Account - Don't know who to contact
Hi. I posted a review last week regarding two accounts which were in my name from a few years ago and they remain unpaid. This in turn has affected my credit rating. Someone from Cell C did contact me and gave me the detailed of the two debt collectors to contact in order to settle those accounts. I managed to settle the one with Nimble Group, but the other with SSDA has according to them, been closed. The account in question is ***. Can someone please assist me urgently as who I need to contact to settle this as I would like my credit rating score to be recalculated after I settle this asap. Thanks
