Outright Theft

For 2 months in a row, Cell C have debited my account for more money that I had approved. Firstly, I am on contract and this contract is set so that I do not go over the amount that is allocated to me. In other words, when my minutes or data are completed, I will no longer have access to call or internet which I have chosen in order to not run into higher expenses. So now saying that, I started a new contract with Cell C as of 1st of March. They immediately debited 400% more than what the contract amount was signed for. I called them, they accepted responsibility and their reason was that they had made a mistake on their side for the type of contract they had loaded me onto their system has. 1 month later and this mistake has not been rectified and I am still short of pocket. Then comes the April debit order and this time they debit 200% of the contract value. I now have to once again make calls, go through all the waiting and then it will most likely come to nothing with my money just being ******. Think twice before signing a contract with these guys. They just do their own things and there's not much we can do as clients unless you have money behind you.
