Its outrages that Cell C is charging us R29 for a Whatsapp bundle.

Cell C can confirm that effective, 5 June 2019, the WhatsApp bundle, which offers 1GB of data over 30 days, will increase in price from R20 to R29. Cell C’s pricing is determined by multiple factors and it has become necessary to increase this price. Cell C’s WhatsApp bundle still offers great value for money and is still competitively priced in the South African market. We remain committed to our aim to keep our customers connected at the most affordable prices.

30 May 2019, 14:22I don't have a problem with it. Its just the time range of changing the price range is a problem, but like you said its still affordable but the changes are made within months and not long periods of time.
