Outrageous!!!!!

Cell C is full of ****! i was due for my upgrade,got the upgrade no problem, then the phone malfunctions on the 8th day. i get this as a response when i take it in to the branch i got it from \ sorry its the 8th day if you bought it in a day earlier we would be able to help you but now we have to send it in for repairs". how on earth is this my problem!!! i honestly did not tell the phone to malfunction on the 8th day! hell if i knew it would malfunction i would have begged it to malfunction on the 7th day so i could get a new phone or i wouldn't have purchased it at all!. i am fighting with cell c at the moment and it feels like i am going to hell and back to get my new phone and now i am sitting without one. i am so mad! Cell C is utterly useless and if they can not get me a new phone i will cancel my services with them! i called the head office and the legal department and they are all blady useless. i have had enough. my last words to all the readers... DO NOT USE CELL C!!!"""
