Outraged by CellC repair centre!!!

I dont know where to begin! Lets try... Three month ago I got Lumia 535 from cellc on an upgrade. Since day one the phone had a touch issue but i dicided to ignore itafter reading on google that it was a common problem for that specific phone. About 4 weeks ago the phone started charging very slow(5% in about 2hrs). Took it to cellc store and they booked it in and did not supply a loan phone. I repoted it on hellopeter and was informed by cellc that they dont give out loan phones because they are afraid people will keep the loan phone and not pick up their old phone. About 2 weeks later I got the phone back and the problem was not fixed. They simply said they did a physical check on the phone and battery and updated the software. So I booked it in again an emphasized that they should make sure of the charging problem. That was last week. Since the beginning of this week I called the repairs department every day to make sure they check the charging problem. Today when I called them they said the phone has been sent back to the store and it was damaged beyond repair!!!!!! They say there was liquid intrusion!!!!! This has become a case of their word against mine.
