Outgoing Calls Barred!

About two weeks ago I discovered that I can not make any calls. The call barring function on my phone is enabled, I do not know how this happened. I went to the Cell C branch in Secunda and Vaalmall, and I reported it to the network as well.

Currently the phone is still with the technical department and no feed back has been received. All my enquiries gets passed on to another person. I have done a sim swop and reset my phone but the problem persist.

My reference number they gave me is: SD691570.

I have been given a whole lot of codes, and still my phone is not working. Can anyone please assist in solving this problem instead of putting me through to person A, B,C....

I think this is ridiculous as I am paying for a service that I can not use.
