Out of date security questions. Closing of nearest outlet
I did an upgrade on 2 of my contracts. The one phone did not recognize the old Sim. I tried several times to do a Sim swap. The questions asked is like more then 20 years old. I can't remember work phone numbers or post box numbers from then. I was told to go to a cell c dealer. The only cell c dealer closer than 150km was closed by cell c. This is absolutely pathetic. Per month I pay for 4 private cell c contracts and gets treated like this. Not on cell c

30 Nov 2022, 05:22Yes OK I understand, I can't remember the old numbers and now I need to do a sim swop urgently and there is no cell c shop on the whole kzn south coast. I can't drive to Durban 150km from here to just do a do a sim swop.
