Out of box failure waiting for three weeks no responce

On the 25 May 2020 I renewed my cell c contract and received a huawei p30 lite six days later the cell phone did not work battery last less than 12 hrs and screen jumping around on the 31 May 2020 took the phone back to cell c zewenwaght store they booked it in on OUT OF BOX FAILURE until now three weeks later no contact from them but I must still pay the contract with no phone how do you like that service for you WPKUI374133 hope this will wake them up thank you JB from cell c zewenwaght store for nothing and then they don't want to cancel the contract they want me to pay up the contract for 23 months with no phone
