Out of box failure and unhappy with cell phone

On Thursday 21 January 2015 we took out three contracts. Once we starded to use the cell phone the battery did not last and the phone was not what the sales staff made it to be. On Sunday 24 January 2015 we went back to the shop to complain and try and exhange the cell phone but we were told to pay the value of the phone before we van cancell the contract or give it back. I spoke to David the store manager over the phone and he said they will send the phone in for repairs and borrow us an difrent cell phone. The phone they wanted to borrow us where a old second hand samsung. I declined and said that we do not want the borrow phone or the current phone that is a blackberry classic. On our way home we phoned cell C and the lady said we can send the phone back. The refrence number for this call is ***.
