Our journey ends here

I am soo disappointed at this network provider, my husband’s and I upgrade was due last week, no one has even bothered to call us and inform us of what they can offer, I literally had to follow up on the upgrade myself by going to a store near me and Nompumelelo Moloi was decent enough to assist me from day 1 till now, I truly and really appreciate her efforts- I am painting the whole of Sam Ntuli mall orange for her, she is patient, clear, honest and transparent. Unlucky for me Cell c has been giving her the runaround too, it’s been weeks since my application was submitted but no one bothered to get back to me and inform me if I have been declined or approved for the upgrade I want. I am moving over to another network who will better take care of their clients. One thing that upsets me a cell c representative called my husband and wanted to speak to me, my husband told her to call me and asked if it’s regarding the upgrade but ey the person was rude enough to tell my husband they won’t explain anything to him but to this day whoever that rude person is didn’t give me a call. Thank you cell c thus far - it’s the end.
