OTP number for contract I did not apply for

I received an SMS from +*** stating an OTP number with the following. Your Cell C contract (for which I did not apply) is almost approved. Please call 084151 option 1 if you did not apply.<br> <br> After calling and pressing option 1 (vetting dept) the consultant had no clue what I was calling about and subsequently transferred me to another department who then transferred me to another and so on and so forth...<br> <br> No help at all. I want this matter cleared immediately or I will consult with the Ombudsmans office by the end of the day.
