Ordered an iphone 6s got iphone 6.

I kept getting calls from T Leguma telling me that I am due for an upgrade so I go through with the upgrade, I was told I am getting an iPhone 6s and I still questioned this on the phone multiple times because it sounded a bit too cheap but none the less I was told I will recieve a 6s.<br> <br> Delivery a few days later and I recieve an iPhone 6.<br> I immediately phone cell c to come collect the unopened incorrect phone. <br> <br> I follow all of the correct process in cancelling the contract so I can re do the upgrade for the iPhone 6s.<br> I am told the Iphone 6s will cost nearly R200 more than what I was originally told.<br> <br> After getting transferred to multiple agents and the managers not being able to talk to me \On the Phone or in a meeting\" I eventually get told that the recording will be listened to and I will have a resolution in 72 hours.<br> <br> 72 hours later and still no resolution.<br> I call back and am promised a call the same day.<br> I wait 2 days and call in and im still being told that it is being escelated. However I cannot speak to a manager.<br> <br> I have spent well over 60 minutes or call time trying to get this issue resolved.<br> <br> All I want is the phone I was promised for the price that I was promised.<br> <br> "
