Order cancelled!!!

So not happy again with Cell C, placed order for a phone on the 23rd of February spoke to Christinah Molepo... Unfortunately RAM's car got hijacked on Monday 26th when it was supposed to be delivered!!! To think Cell C and RAM will try to speed up the process for me to get the phone they take me from pillar to post, on the 1st I was told order has been placed again, on Friday the 2nd I'm told they waiting for the letter from RAM and everything will be sorted come Monday which is today I'm told the order was cancelled!!! ***???? spoke to Concept Msimango who was helpful and placed another order for me but I am still not happy!!!! How many orders must be placed for me to get my phone, how long do I have to wait again??? Need that phone Today!!!!
