After a month waiting for contact , I call in to be told miraculously the day I call in the investigation report was complete, though no communication given, ironically I have been receiving sms's of promotions and data bundles . Nosipho- the agent takes my call and begins reading a transcript stating there was fault found and advises me the exact same transcript for the first call a month ago. I had an issue with my data depleting to call in and be advised that the issue would be my background apps refreshing, I was advised that the issue would be escalated to back office for "investigation". I had to call in the next day as to 15 minutes after purchasing data I began receiving depleting data sms's. I was advised once again to wait for the "investigation" which would take 48 hours and would be contacted as to the issue. 48 hours turned to 432 hours(5 weeks) to have a response read off a transcript stating nothing with value. How may Cell C help you? by removing your valuable money from you operating as a leach in the 21st century. I must say the only other way I could been relieved of this money is by being ******.
