Thank you for not listening to me and putting your phone down I agree that I did record a yes for a service so I had no reason to listen to that yes Now upon investigation of which you seem incapable of doing you will find that snake oil salesman Tarqin fooled me into believing that I was purchasing a 20 plus 20 gig contract for my 064 number oh dear silly me I actually believed him and you protected him.so let me inform you that no such 20+20 contract has ever existed shame you did not know that..also he actually extended my 073 contract to a pinnacle 2 gig of which I have no desire wish or need shame on you Mr mpho you didn't do your job and listen to the beginning of the tape Now I realise why my bill increased by R179 for no apparent reason Is this the norm for cell c to lie cheat and misinform your customers
