Open Contract with incorrect details

Someone opened a Cell C on my name over the phone I want to know how can you open an account with out the correct paperwork because if consultant had the correct ID my name would be spelled correctly where did they get all my details I will not be paying for someone els's mistakes because the process was not done correctly. I want answers ASAP. I went to Cell C alberton the lady Patience there the consultant who opened the account over the phone was Nomkhosi Mohale I want the phone conversation as soon as possible aswell please. Thanks,
