Only wanted a R100 data sim

I app**** for a 2gig sim with the wifi router for R100 per month in September.<br> I insisted on a topup for if I ever run out of data which was agreed by the sales opp.<br> When I opened my package I found two sims (whice they still dnt know why)<br> After my first month of wifi I get a bill of R2600. <br> With numerous attempts in contacting Cell c I finally was given a Ref number whice they will look into the matter. That was a week ago. I still did not hear anything from them. <br> And there's another invoice for December of R1100 pending<br> What is one to do I need help plz<br>
