Only Good Thing
After being transferred from the Call centre - customer service, to cancellations, to Trade partner back to customer care - Thato Matabo was a friendly consultant who remained calm and pleasant although I was extremely annoyed. My problem was not resolved but Thato went above and beyond his duties of a call centre operator in order to try and solve my issue.<br> <br> Thank you for going the extra mile and am sure you can see my frustration with Cell C.
